WASP Asia promotes safe, inclusive spaces where women and girls can build confidence, leadership skills, and agency. Recognizing that sectors such as cybersecurity remain male-dominated, we provide mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities that enable women to enter and thrive in these fields.
Through community-based initiatives, we nurture women and girls as active contributors to inclusive and resilient societies.
Gender Equality
Gender equality is central to WASP Asia’s mission. Through Gender and Development (GAD) training, education programs, and awareness campaigns, we promote gender-responsive leadership and inclusive governance.
By strengthening understanding of human rights and gender issues, we work toward communities where individuals—regardless of gender—can participate fully and safely in social and economic life.
Peace and Security
WASP Asia advances women’s participation in peace and security efforts, particularly in addressing emerging digital threats and community-level vulnerabilities.
Through cybersecurity awareness programs and digital safety training in underserved and conflict-affected areas, we equip women and youth with essential knowledge to navigate digital spaces securely and responsibly.
