Can I upgrade my membership tier?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time during your membership period. You will only be charged the difference between your current tier and your new one for the remaining months of your membership year.

When does my membership start? How will I know it has gone through?

Your membership begins on the date your application is approved and payment is confirmed. You will receive a welcome email with your membership details, access instructions for the community platform, and a copy of your receipt. If you do not receive this within 48 hours of completing your registration, please reach out to us directly and we will sort it out.

You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your membership expires. If you choose not to renew, your access to member-exclusive benefits — including the community platform, masterclasses, and priority event registration — will be paused until renewal is completed. Your membership history and profile will be saved so you can pick up right where you left off.
