By making a payment through the WASP Asia website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments made through this website may be for membership, donations, event registrations, program fees, or other approved WASP Asia activities.
Submission of payment does not automatically guarantee membership approval, event admission, or program acceptance unless expressly confirmed by WASP Asia.
WASP Asia reserves the right to review, approve, defer, or decline membership applications and participation requests in accordance with its internal policies and program requirements.
WASP Asia may update its membership categories, fees, programs, and related policies from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this website.
Refund Policy
Payments made to WASP Asia are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
* Duplicate payment
* Verified billing or technical error
* Cancellation of an event, activity, or paid program by WASP Asia
* Other exceptional cases approved by WASP Asia management
Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.
Membership fees are also generally non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate payment or verified payment error.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible, subject to payment platform processing times and any applicable administrative charges.
All refund concerns must be submitted within 7 business days from the transaction date.
